This was a Residential Build— local to Maine. The customer knew they wanted an oven for their backyard in Mt. Desert Island and were worried that the Model 83 would not be large enough for the output they predicted having so they went with the slightly larger Model 100.

They also decided instead of dealing with another contractor that they wanted us to deliver even though this model technically does not need installation
