This oven was made for Paul Smith’s College to use for education as well as business.

The Model 120 offers plenty of size while the short trailer keeps the ensemble compact and able to fit in most venues. The College decided to get extra storage in the front of the trailer for wood and with that they ordered a their logo custom in the sides.
