120 Bigelow, Short Trailer with Avazini Gas Burner Extension

We're trialing a new accessory option on our mobile line: a 120 Bigelow on a short trailer, paired with an Avazini gas burner extension. It's built for operators in areas where consistent access to quality firewood isn't practical — the gas burner gives you the option to fire the oven without wood on hand, while still keeping the full Bigelow cooking experience.

This setup is currently in trial and is not yet part of our UL listing, as it's still in the construction phase. We can't wait to hear more feedback from our customer as this option develops.
