A Dream Come True: Building Rebecca and Joseph Larriviere's Outdoor Wood Fired Pizza Oven in Louisiana

Some builds are just business. And then there are builds like this one.

Rebecca Larriviere is a mom of five, a dedicated baker, and by every account an incredible woman — the kind of person who puts love into everything she does. The Larrivieres chose our stunning traditional copper Allagash dome oven — a gorgeous, timeless piece that anchors any outdoor kitchen and turns heads the moment you see it. While this oven is available as a turnkey option, Rebecca and her family wanted their build done right. They wanted it in the best hands. So Scott and his son Calder packed their bags and flew down to Louisiana to build it themselves.

And honestly? We think they got the better end of the deal.

The Larrivieres were such gracious, wonderful hosts that Scott and Calder didn't want to leave. That's the kind of family that makes this work more than just a job — it's a privilege.
