Fogtown Brewing, a community-focused Ellsworth, Maine brewery, upgraded from a DIY setup to a custom Maine Oven Craft wood-fired oven to support their growing food program and commitment to locally-sourced ingredients.

Founder Jon Stein built Fogtown into a vibrant "third place" centered around wood-fired cooking, community gathering, and transparent, high-quality food production.
